Campus facilities
The Shinagawa campus has been nurtured in a city with different faces, the new urban center of Osaki and the common people of Gotanda, and has convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and a good environment. The Kumagaya campus has a site of approximately 350,000 square meters and includes various sports facilities and student dormitories. We will introduce the facilities at both campuses.
Shinagawa campus

Shinagawa Campus has been developed into a city with different faces, the new urban center of Osaki and the common people of Gotanda, and the appeal of the Shinagawa campus is that it has convenient transportation, excellent facilities, and a good environment. Redevelopment will be completed in 2020. We now have the facilities to live a relaxed and lively campus life.

A gathering and relaxing space where you can enjoy light meals and coffee. A part of the building facing the courtyard is an open cafe, which is very popular with students. It is used for breaks between lectures and meetings between students.
Kinokuniya Bookstore Rissho University Shinagawa Campus Book Center
At Kinokuniya Bookstore in Talk Palette, you can purchase not only books and magazines, but also textbooks and reference books used in classes at discounted prices, making it a better deal than at bookstores in town or online. We also stock stationery and university goods, and you can also apply for driving schools and various exams.

RiLLCom
It can be used for group learning using library materials, practicing presentations using laptops and projectors, watching AV materials, and creating materials using databases.
Career Support Center
We have full-time specialized staff who can provide information on employment as well as individual consultations. We will support your career development from the moment you enroll.
Center for International Exchange
Center for International Exchange offers various support through student overseas dispatch, English language courses, language proficiency test fee assistance, English speech contests, etc. In addition, we provide various international exchange opportunities, such as accepting international students.

Center for Psychotherapy and Counseling
Clinical psychologists are available for consultation. It is also used by local people and serves as a place for practical education in clinical psychology.
Ishibashi Tanzan Memorial Auditorium
Tanzan Ishibashi, the 16th president and former Prime Minister, contributed to the development of our university. This is a multipurpose hall that celebrates his achievements. Accommodates approximately 600 people.
Student Hall (Building 12)
Completed in April 2006. This facility serves as a base for extracurricular activities, and includes a music practice room, martial arts hall, study room, and rooms for club activities.
150th Anniversary Hall
Completed in February 2021. The Memorial Hall, which consists of Building 13, which has two basement floors and 11 floors above ground, and Building 6, which has two basement floors and 4 floors above ground, is a gateway that connects the city and campus, and at the same time activates the university's education, research, and various other activities. It consists of three areas that have the function of sending out messages.

Kumagaya campus
A campus that continues to evolve in harmony with nature on a large scale
The site is approximately 350,000 square meters. It is a large-scale campus with a diverse learning environment surrounded by rich nature. There are also plenty of facilities that take advantage of the spaciousness, such as various sports facilities and student dormitories. We are developing unique research and education in collaboration with the local community, and are evolving to a new stage of learning.
eco campus
In 2008, we became the first university to be certified as SEGSE (Social and Environmentally Contributing Green Space Evaluation System) in recognition of our green conservation, utilization, and return to the community. It has been certified as the highest stage "Superlative Stage" since March 2017.

It is a symbol of the Kumagaya campus and a base for learning. The building received the 2011 Good Design Award in recognition of its harmonious nature and architecture.
We have a variety of classrooms for different purposes, including a large classroom that can accommodate 437 people, a terminal room with one computer per seat, and a seminar classroom for small groups.
Stella
This is an indispensable facility for university life, with a cafeteria-style dining room, a tea room called Parlot, a Kinokuniya bookstore, and a convenience store.

Cherry blossoms at Kumagaya campus
Many trees grow on the premises. From the terrace, you can look out over the campus and see the cherry blossom trees up close. You can enjoy nature in all four seasons.

A wealth of materials related to employment. Career counselors provide compassionate support for each student's career development from the first year onward.

Our collection of approximately 300,000 books can be easily searched using OPAC (book search). There is also an AV room where you can enjoy DVDs from the library collection.

A place for learning, interacting, and disseminating information (Learning Commons). This is a learning space where students, teachers, and staff sit shoulder to shoulder at tables to discuss things, such as group study and presentations, as well as individual PC use, and where creativity is born.
Internet cafe
The Internet cafe on the first floor of the Academic Cube has computers that students can use freely, and you can enjoy cafe menus such as freshly baked bread, waffles, and desserts.
Rissho University Museum
Collects, stores, and exhibits a large number of valuable academic materials. It is open to the public and receives many visitors from outside the university when special exhibitions are held.

Sports cube circle box
A building that houses club rooms that serve as activity bases for various clubs and circles. Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is also an arena, multipurpose hall, martial arts practice area, music studio, and meeting rooms.
dedicated ground
There are dedicated grounds for track and field, baseball, soccer, rugby, tennis, etc. Most are artificial turf that can be used comfortably even after rain.
unidens
This is a 14-story twin tower student dormitory with completely private rooms. There is a manager stationed at the front desk, ensuring perfect security.
Student parking lot
You can commute to Kumagaya Campus by car or motorcycle. There is a parking lot that can accommodate 500 cars and 430 motorcycles.
Bus terminal
Direct connection from the bus terminal to the Academic Cube via the roof. Even on rainy days, you can go to class without using an umbrella.
