Graduate School of Business Administration

Major introduction

Our graduate school offers the following two courses to meet diversifying research needs.

academic course

  • This is an academic research-based graduation system in which students will study a wide range of "specialized foundational subjects" and "specialized applied subjects" in each field of business administration, as well as practical "specialized advanced subjects." Students will receive individual guidance in "specialized seminar subjects" and write a master's thesis on their own research topic.
  • Acquire social scientific analytical skills and academic paper writing skills.
  • Guidance on master's thesis for application for partial exemption from accounting subjects in the tax accountant qualification examination.

Business solution course

  • This is a program for working professionals that involves problem-solving research into business issues (corporate governance, internal control, tax strategies, business succession, management innovation, etc.). Students will complete the program by writing a practical "research results report" in lieu of a master's thesis.
  • In order to develop the ability to solve highly specialized and diversified business problems, we have adopted a unique external supervisor system and have a cross-disciplinary teaching structure that combines theory and practice provided by full-time faculty members and experts from external organizations.

Your supervisor will be selected after you enroll, taking into consideration your research plan, your academic ability, experience, etc. Therefore, you may be assigned a supervisor in a field different from the one you requested.

Please note that the Business Solutions Course may not be able to accommodate certain research content. Applicants should contact the Graduate School of Business Administration office before applying.
