If you would like to receive job information from our university, please use "Recruitment Reception NAVI".
It is built for the joint participation of multiple universities to quickly and efficiently accept job postings.
The job offer data you send will be immediately made available to students at each specified university.
We will accept applications by mail.
It takes about two weeks for job information to be published. Please note that if the job information is no longer accepted by the time it is published, it will not be possible to publish it.
If you would like to send it to us, please send us the following three items.
If you have any other materials listed below, please send them to us.
If you would like to send job hunting related materials (brochures, recruitment guidelines, event information, etc.), please send one copy of each in A4 size.
Information regarding job openings is shared between both campuses, so please send it to either campus.
If the job category you are hiring for, such as a childcare worker or social worker, has a department designation, please send it to the campus of the relevant faculty.
If you would like to visit our Career Support Center regarding a job, please register your job information on Job Reception NAVI and contact us at the address listed below.
Due to limitations in the number of staff and reception rooms we can provide, we may not be able to accommodate your request and may ask you to reschedule your visit.
Every year, we receive a large number of companies and organizations who wish to participate in the on-campus joint information sessions held at each campus.
We welcome the participation of companies and organizations with a proven track record as mentioned above, but please note that due to limited participation quotas, it is extremely difficult to accommodate all requests for participation.
If you have difficulty using the application form, please fill out the application form below, refer to the "Contact Information" below, and send it by email or fax to the campus you wish to participate in.
Submission of an application does not confirm your participation in the on-campus joint information session, etc.
After consideration, we will contact participating companies again.
In recent years, in recruitment activities, there have been an increasing number of cases in which students are required by companies to submit letters of recommendation during the selection process and after being informally selected, despite the fact that students are free to apply. This may limit the freedom to choose a career for students who are continuing selection activities for other companies, and the university may restrict students' freedom.
Therefore, our university does not issue school recommendation letters (name of the president) to students who apply freely.
Thank you for your understanding.

In today's ever-changing social environment and corporate organizations, the decline in employment and vocational awareness among young workers and early job turnover are major social problems.
One of the main reasons for these problems is thought to be the lack of a vocational outlook and awareness among students, and interest in internships as a method for cultivating this awareness is growing year by year.
In order to enhance the guidance provided to students in order to support their early career development, TUAT introduced an internship system in 2003, and has sent out many internship students to date.
In the university-recommended "internship" program, based on the university's career program, Rissho University and companies/organizations conclude a memorandum of understanding regarding the acceptance of interns and provide "work experience-type" training with strong educational significance (in principle, free of charge, mainly during the summer vacation period. The program promotes the "work experience type" (training mainly during the summer vacation period, free of charge in principle, with a minimum duration of 5 days) with strong educational significance.
In addition, we are actively engaged in the development of pre- and post-training programs so that the trainees can hone the necessary basic skills and business manners before the training, and after the training, the "individual experience" can be sublimated into an "effect on all participants" that transcends differences in training sites, leading to awareness of the elements necessary for working adults and a budding sense of purpose.
We hope that you will consider accepting internship students.
We are currently reviewing our training format to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. If you are considering accepting interns, please contact the Career Support Section at each campus for individual consultation.
