What is health/mental health telephone consultation (24 hours)?
Rissho Educational Corporation has set up a 24-hour telephone health and mental health consultation service (outsourced to T-PEC Corporation) that is available to students of Rissho University, Graduate School, Rissho Junior and Senior High School, and their parents/guardians.
T-PEC's counseling staff, including experienced doctors, public health nurses, and nurses, are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to answer questions over the phone about health, medical care, nursing care, childcare, mental health, and more.
Your privacy will be strictly protected, so please use this service with confidence.
(However, this does not include cases where T-PEC judges that confidentiality limits would be exceeded, such as in the case of a life-threatening situation.)
