8Graduate School of Geo-Environmental SciencesThe Graduate School of Geo-Environmental Sciences offers two majors: Environment Systems, in which students investigate global environmental issues from the perspective of natural science; and Geographical Space Systems, in which students explore the relationships between human life and the regional distribution of various phenomena that take place on the earth's surface. The school focuses on cultivating competent specialists capable of applying their advanced knowledge and skills to society and researchers capable of investigating a wide range of phenomena related to the environment.Graduate School of Psychology The Graduate School of Psychology offers three master's programs: Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, and Interpersonal and Social Psychology. This graduate school also offers a doctoral program in Psychological Studies. All programs are designed to cultivate specialists, educators, and researchers in the eld of psychology.Graduate School of Social WelfareThe Graduate School of Social Welfare consists of a Master's Course and a Doctoral Course, with the Master's Course offering a Social Welfare major and an Educational Welfare major. The Social Welfare major focuses on advanced Social Welfare studies, and the Education and Welfare major aims for deepening research in areas such as education and childcare, and it is also possible to obtain a specialized teaching license. With the educational philosophy of integrating theory and practice, we aim to train advanced specialists and practitioners. We are also focusing on recurrent education for staff such as social workers working at social welfare institutions, and staff for infant and child education.
